With 4 years of real estate experience, I have tweaked my process to be sure that my customers have the best possible results on both the buying and selling side.
One of the most overlooked but most important part of results is agent to agent relationships.  When selling your home, most of the time; another agent other than yours brings the buyer to your home.  This shows the importance of your Realtor being fully connected in the Realtor community.  This does not happen overnight.  I have strong relationships that have been developed over the 4 years of being extremely involved with the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. In 2015, I was nominated to be the Rookie of the Year and won Volunteer of the year. I have chaired the Social Committee for 2 years and have been involved in numerous different committees within the board. I currently sit as a Director on the Board. In 2018 I was honored to be the recipient of both Realtor of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Every Tuesday I attend TBR’s Marketing Meeting where there are educational opportunities, coming soon or new properties on the market are discussed and networking with others in the industry. Through my involvement at TBR, I have built strong relationships with other Realtors in our community.  
Helping one another.  Knowing agents that may have properties coming soon or possibly a buyer for a home I am marketing depending on the properties area.  Calling these agents in each area to see about any upcoming listings or past clients whom may want to sell.
On your side. What sets me apart from many other agents is the relationship between client and realtor. I am a Single-Agent, which means I work solely on your behalf. I represent either the buyer or the seller of real estate, but not both in the same transaction. It is the highest form, proving the more confidence to the customer that the Realtor represents only the customer’s interest.
All these items above are important to think about in the process but, they are all covered in the first statement in that above all, I care.
